Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition and full packaging.

Eligibility

To protect the safety of veterinary products, opened or used items are not accepted for return. Proof of purchase is required.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Method

After we receive and inspect the product, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
