مناطق التوصيل

نوصّل إلى جميع إمارات الدولة. التوصيل الدولي متاح حسب الطلب.

مدة التوصيل

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل، والتوصيل خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب الموقع.

رسوم الشحن

رسوم الشحن القياسي [25 درهم]، وقد تختلف حسب حجم الطلب والموقع. تظهر الرسوم النهائية عند إتمام الطلب.

تتبّع الطلب

سيصلك إشعار بتفاصيل الشحنة ورقم التتبّع (إن وُجد) عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.

تأخير التوصيل

قد تتأثر مواعيد التوصيل بالظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا (الأعياد، الطقس، الجمارك)؛ سنبقيك على اطلاع بأي تأخير.
